Tooth broke in morning

A painless experience
I had a double appointment - a checkup with Deepak and then a hygienist appointment with Katrina. Generally on time but inevitable wait between appointments but still seen on time of the appointment. Deepak was his customary polite, cheery and professional self. He was informed and informative and clear in his explanations of teeth and gum health. Katrina (first time I had attended) was brilliant from start to finish. Clearly professional knowing her field of dentistry well. Made initial examination, explained clearly what was happening to teeth and gums relating to plaque and overall dental health. Proceeded with a thorough scrape and polish with expertise and efficiency. She was polite, empathetic and very good at her job. Thanks all round for a painless experience.
