Thorough, reassuring

I had two appointments on 18th January. The first was with Lucy the hygienist. Everything ran to time and Lucy was thorough as usual and reassuring about my personal dental care. My second appointment was with Deepak for the 6th monthly check-up and a replacement filling. The session went ahead early and the filling was completed very efficiently. It is reassuring to know that my teeth are checked very thoroughly every 6 months and any potential problems are spotted in advance of them becoming major issues.

A very calm environment

The appointment was easy to book and made to my requirements. The receptionists are always helpful and polite.
Before the appointment I had several reminders. One came straight after I had made the appointment, so I remembered to record it in my diary and one several days before my appointment, as a reminder.
On the day, my appointments were punctual. My dentist, Sandeep, was polite and friendly. He chats and makes you at ease. He explains exactly what he's going to do and then explains what he's found and will check again next meeting. He tells you the actions he anticipates taking now and in the future. My hygienist is the same. Very friendly and explains what she will do, what I need to do and if there are any areas of concern.
Generally, excellent service throughout the whole practice.
