Very efficient, left me very impressed

Contacted the office by phone. Spoke to Amy who was very professional and very efficient, resolved all my questions and arranged an emergency appointment with Dr Deepak.
When I arrived I completed a medical questionnaire. Deepak spoke to me after it was completed and I was taken into surgery. Had a root removed during which time Deepak kept me fully informed on what was happening.
Tooth removed and I was then told all the requirements to ensure a quick healing. I was presented with the welcome bag. Two further appointments made.
Very efficient and left me very impressed.

Root Canal Emergency appointment

Asked for an emergency appointment, they fitted me in and sort a tooth out. Cannot fault the surgery, staff and dentist. Plus the communications was excellent.

I had to tell Deepak that my health situation has changed since my last visit and he was completely sympathetic and understanding and made sure that Lucy was put in the picture before my hygienist appointment and advised her how my teeth should be cleaned.

The technology there is fantastic

I went to the dentist with some discomfort to a tooth that I suspected needed a crown due to a crack. I was told they would try to just fill it, but when they had drilled, it did need the crown. The technology there is fantastic and I was shown the machine actually doing the cutting which was so interesting.

Kind and Caring

If dentistry had always been this kind and gentle I’d most likely still have all my teeth as attending regularly would not have been an issue.

I was very pleased with my treatment

I was late because of road works, but Sandeep was ready for my check up, which went quickly and smoothly. I also had a session with the hygienist, who was new to me. She was friendly and efficient. My treatment was all over very quickly with no pain. I was very pleased with my treatment. I also like the music Michelle played, whereas I don't like the music Melanie plays normally. Sorry.
