As usual Lucy was very welcoming and happy to chat. She is always very considerate and explains what is happening and checks I am happy with what she is doing. Sadly we are relocating to a different area so I will no longer be her patient. I hope I able to find a practice like Confidental as we have been registered for over 20 years here.

I felt comfortable visiting Confidental as I have had prior 'botox' injections at the practice. However, I have to say the service I received was second to none up to a point and then declined severely. I was aware that I had issues with my teeth and I am extremely pleased that I had confirmed that I do not have any signs of mouth cancer. Due to being a heavy smoker, I was not shocked at the periodontal diagnosis but I was taken a back that the information was openly shared with the receptionists and other visitors at the practice. I felt undermined and ridiculed as a patient.

There was no problem with hygienist or dental appointment - however I was told that i could get an estimate of cost of future treatment from reception on my way out, which I did.
When I got home there was no price on print out so I telephoned surgery who assured me that they would put one in the post the next day! That was over a week ago & i still not received estimate!
