I was very anxious on arrival which was recognised immediately when booking in and was put as ease straight away. When I saw the Dentist he explained everything about the treatment that I would need and options available to me. I now have my first appointment booked for treatment and, although not particularly looking forward to it, feel like I know this is right for me and look forward to the treatment being finished.

The cost of my treatments I found very expensive, each time I came in it was the same price for an on going treatment that lasted for four and a half months. I think it would have been better to just charge for the main treatment and all other follow up appointments at a lesser charger. I didn't understand how the same price was justified.

Very happy with the service
This was my 6 monthly check-up and visit to the hygienist, so all routine. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming and both appointments were on time. The check-up with Deepak was thorough, as I have come to expect since he became my dentist 2 years ago. Lucy, my hygienist, was efficient and friendly as always. I have been seeing her for a number of years now. I have been coming to this dental practice since it first started and I am very happy with the service.

Overall I am happy with my treatment. Sandeep is always thoughtful, caring and informative and makes every effort to make the process as kind as possible. Melissa's hygienist appointments are also well informed & carefully executed. The practice is no longer local to me, but the treatment given always makes the effort to travel there worthwhile.
