I have been treated wonderfully
I had a tooth implant which is a long process, but I was reassured and made to feel comfortable and relaxed on each visit no matter how small the appointment was. Since I started going there I have been treated wonderfully by every member of staff.

Caring and Professional
Usual annual checkup with Sandeep and my 3yr old also had her 6monthly checkup. Sandeep was kind and patient and friendly with my daughter and made her feel at ease and comfortable.
Sandeep explains the process he's going to take, asks questions and explains why he's asking questions. He offered solutions for me to think about but isn't pushy for me to have any additional treatment at this time.
Overall a pleasant experience.

Emergency treatment
I came to Confidental as an emergency patient as my regular dentist couldn't fit me in. I was in agony with pain and being pregnant made the matter worse as I couldn't take painkillers. The service I have received from receptionist and Sandeep was absolutely amazing. They couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately I had to go back to the clinic as my pain came back and my regular dentist despite of the appointment wouldn't treat it as "I went somewhere else so they need to fix it , its not his responsibility". Confidental again was so accommodating and saw me ASAP. This time It was Deepak who was extremely caring and helpful. At the end I have to have root canal treatment, which he started. He was so concerned about my pain and me being pregnant that he was emailing me at his own time at the weekend to make sure I was alright. I am very impressed with this surgery and I wish I found them earlier. I am not going back to my old dentist ever again.
