Ongoing braces treatment
Having experienced bad dentistry previously at another private practice, I searched out reviews of other dentists and after some research made the decision to choose Confidential. I had been suffering from a toothache for a week and as it did not ease up over the weekend, gave the team at Confidental a call on Monday morning.
Got a an appointment for 12:30 and the problem identified. The various treatment options were explained so I could make in informed choice.

The dentist was excellent
The dentist was excellent, spending a few minutes to get to know me and conducting a thorough examination. The small issue he found was explained clearly, with view of the pictures he had taken with the camera pen (no horrid xrays!) and he outlined my options. The hygienist was also very friendly, professional and thorough, giving good advice.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I was put out of pain and received excellent care. Although my appointment was for half an hour I was with the dentist for a full hour. The general atmosphere in the waiting area was kind and cheerful and the dentist took time an care. I will definitely be going back.

Appointment At Confidental
I visited the Hygienist and saw a new lady who did a good job, normally my teeth and gums are sore for a few days afterwards, but not this time. I also saw the Dentist who was very friendly and polite. Advised I need a crown to replace a tooth that could no longer be filled and also gave me a temporary filling in my front tooth that had come away whilst seeing the Hygienist.
