Hygienists appointment very understanding

First hygiene visit with Melissa and despite having a small mouth and having to have lots of pauses to swallow as i get nervous everything was really good.
Melissa was very understanding gave me plenty of pauses and explained what she was doing at every step. Always feels a bit uncomfortable but no pain. Thank you
