The environment is calm and welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The dentist explained what was going to covered in the appointment, was very thorough, checking that I understood everything, covered all my questions and was very professional. For many years I was extremely nervous of dentists but now I am genuinely fine about attending.

Whenever I have a problem I am given a convenient appointment quickly, and am then treated by my excellent dentist.

I could not be more impressed. Having experienced extremely severe dental pain over the previous weekend, with much lost sleep as a consequence, I called Confidental first thing on Monday morning and got an emergency appointment for 10.15 a.m. I was treated by Dr Vishal Mohal who immediately diagnosed the urgent need for extraction of an infected back tooth and effected this with speed and obvious efficiency, helped by an equally competent dental assistant. I was not only greatly impressed but mightily relieved since the pain had been unbearable. Friendly Reception Staff were welcoming and understanding of my situation.

I'm really happy with the service and work from Confidental. Deepak has an excellent manner and rapport and puts me at ease. Twice now he has fixed work that was done badly by a previous NHS dentist. I really like that I can go in for treatment, have the crown etc made there and then and fitted. When I was recently worried about something after the Crown, Deepak happily checked it out, reassured me and all was fine. He advised what work would be good for my teeth although didn't push for veneers etc that I wasn't keen on. I liked that he advised, explained and helped get the right solution for me. I feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist.

This is a great dentist. The atmosphere is calm and everyone is very friendly. The receptionist are lovely, so welcoming and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse are professional, reassuring, telling you what is happening next, so there are no surprises.

My dental work was anything but straightforward, my teeth had decayed, my bone wasn’t good enough to have fixed dentures, I shopped about extensively to research the options with cost being bandied about, subject to the complexity of the work I went for, from £950 up to a staggering £36,000. Despite researching Bulgaria, Hungry, and Harley Street, thank goodness I ended up at my local dentist, literally five minutes from my house, as the work that they did was superb. I am terrified of the dentist, yes I know what a whose, but having had a bad experience as a child who had eight extractions in one go with gas and air, I’ve been a nervous patient ever since. At Confidental I was sedated when I needed to be, something I’ve done many times before but somehow this was better. But more importantly I managed to not be sedated on some of the visits, which is a first, and in no small way down to the confidence I had in Deepak Mohal. I now have a solution to my problem, teeth where I haven’t had any for more than 20years, and still have money in the bank as their rates are fair, carefully explained to start with, and met to budget. My experience with this Dental practice is the best I have ever had. The work was all done for £3K which I felt was very fair, but more importantly in every dealing with them I could only describe it as being amazingly professional, and a superb service. I, very pleased and recommend anyone to Confidential Dental Practice, and more especially Deepak.
