Impressed with the service received for an emergency

I was seen as an emergency and was very impressed with the service I received. I only had a short wait until I was seen by Sandeep who explained everything to me very clearly and carried out my treatment. I was then sent an email with copies of Xrays and an explanation for the procedures I had to follow to ensure that my treatment was completed satisfactorily. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

I had tried to change dentists when I moved away from Sandhurst. However I have failed to find another surgery that makes me feel comfortable and have recently returned to Confidental. Came in for an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. Had been to my usual NHS dentist but they were not sure what was causing it and I wanted a second opinion. The dentist was able to locate the issue and recommend root canal treatment which was started straight away and the pain was gone by the time I left that first appointment. Very pleased, my NHS dentist had told me it was ‘probably nothing’ and to come back in a month! There is no way I could have stood that pain for another month, so very grateful to Confidental for sorting it so quickly

Friendly and efficient service

Friendly and efficient service from start to finish. I booked an appointment to see the hygienist for the following month but asked for a cancellation appointment if possible. Within a few minutes a cancellation had occurred and I was phoned back and was then able to be seen within a few days. Hygienist was very thorough and explained exactly what she was doing as we went along.

As above I have had a dental implant. Very professional, kind with great follow up. Being offered a cup of tea while waiting is a small gesture but valuable, as it puts you at ease and makes you feel like you are a welcome customer.
