Original appointment rescheduled (understandable for birth of baby). Next appointment delayed by 35 minutes. Apology from Deepack but no explanation. No apology or explanation from receptionist. No compensation offered, but if we are late or do not give enough notice it\'s \"£1 a minute for wasted surgery ti me\". I was late for something else. For the last three or four annual appointments I am waiting for up to 20 minutes, which is unacceptable, but I usually account for 20 mins leeway. 35 is ridiculous. Small talk about the weather after this time is infuriating when you have already wasted my time. I recommend you allow for more leeway in between appointments or inform patients of the wait as they arrive so if it\'s that long they can go away and come back. Private dentistry is supposed to be a better service than the NHS. I haven\'t seen it so far. I am considering moving back to the NHS.

Such a caring person

Having Botox done for many years I have never had such a caring person perform the treatment and put so much in my skin for such a cost effective payment. I recommend to anyone to go to this gentlemen.
