I have used the practice for many years. More and more it starts to feel like the more important thing for you is a commercial winning. Every visit I am being asked about teeth whitening, last time a price list was even pushed in my hand while laying in the chair. I understand you need to make a profit, but it feels more and more that you are pushing me to buy expensive treatments from you. If I want it - believe me I will ask! I am now considering changing practice.

I came for my regular hygiene a little late this time as not been able to drive for 3 months! Was lovely to see all the staff! Made an appointment for my dental health check but Sandeep saw me and had a spare 15 mins so did it there and then!
