The staff were lovely and friendly

The staff were lovely and friendly. The appointment was time efficient; a lot better than before and I am terrified of the dentist but Vishal distracted me well by making conversation!

Hygienist is competent and professional but totally robotic. For goodness sake let's have a little personality and the vestige of a conversation. I am a person not just a row of teeth that need to be cleaned. 10/10 for excellent care but 1/10 for personal approach.
