Always welcoming and smiling

The reception staff are always welcoming and smiling.
Sandeep and his lovely dental nurse were lovely. I always feel like they have time to talk through thoroughly what is needed. The hygienist was extremely pleasant, welcoming and polite.

Preparation for Implants

From the time I walked into the Practice I was treated extremely well. Everyone I saw acknowledged me and was friendly and polite, and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. My treatment on that day was the preparation for Dental Implants. Sandeep was polite, caring and excellent. I felt relaxed, and he was very gentle, and informative throughout my treatment. He even had time for a bit of personal chat and laughter.

I found the hygienist a bit full on. It seemed she wanted to make me agree with her on her thoughts for politics and felt she was over the top. Hence I did not want to make another appointment with her. I told her to get on with cleaning my teeth as she couldn't talk and work at the same time.
