I am a very very nervous patient and was literally dragged in shaking and crying my eyes out. The reception staff couldn't have been nicer, so friendly and welcoming.
They made an appointment with Vishal. He is the nicest dentist I have ever been to, he took so much time to calm me down along with his lovely nurse Eve.
The treatment I had was painless and by the time I left I knew I wouldn't be so worried about the next appointment. I can't rate Confidential dentist highly enough.

Really happy with the outcome
I have recently finished my braces treatment with Confidental, from start to finish all the staff at the surgery were extremely professional. My teeth are very straight
My teeth are very straight. I am really thrilled with them . Deepak always efficient, friendly and always let me know what he was doing, highly recommend him. I had the choice of who did my teeth and feel I definitely made the right decision.

Very good service. Right from receptionist who booked me in quickly to dentist who was friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done. Treatment was excellent. Dental nurse was good also. Very satisfied with the practice.

Impressed by their performance
I saw both the hygienist and the dentist. It was very helpful that the practice was able to arrange both appointments virtually consecutively on the same day. I have been a patient at the practice for the last 7 or 8 years and I have always been pleased and impressed by their performance, their attitude, and their premises.. I have several times recommended them to others.

I was a very disappointed with my last visit. I had bought my son in for treatment (3 fillings) and waited in the waiting room for over an hour. During this time no one offered me a drink. Whilst I was there a man came into the waiting room and asked the receptionist for a coffee to which she replied certainly and immediately made him one bringing it into the waiting room (only me and him waiting) but did not think to offer me one! I didn't want to ask as I felt it should have been offered!
