Confidental is about trust

Confidental is about trust. I trust the treatment my family are getting is the best option for the health of our teeth. Sadly I do not feel that has been my experience with other dentists.

I am treated like a person by friendly receptionists, caring nurses and gentle hygienists and dentists. Cannot fault them and often recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very reassuring with my grandson for his annual check.
I had hygienist visit, very friendly and reassuring nurse who I have got to know well.

Daughters first visit to the hygienist

My daughter was very nervous and had a wobble tooth so neither of us was looking forward to her first visit.
Have to say that Melissa Patey was wonderful with her. Took her time and discussed with her all of her actions before hand and listened to her feedback/concerns.
