Appointment at Confidental

The dentist actually figured out what was wrong with my tooth after an NHS dentist couldn’t. Treatment here will be VERY expensive and I probably can’t afford everything recommended, but they’ve got payment plans and I can afford the important stuff. Felt like they might be pointing out every small issue with my teeth to charge me for more treatment, but again, they did tell me what treatment was essential and what was just recommended.

The practice seems nice, but some of the promotional materials seem kind of... exaggerated and un-genuine, like really overemphasising how friendly everyone is. Thankfully, staff weren’t pushy or forced-cheerful, they were genuinely nice and professional.

There is no rush, dentist quite happy to explain everything in detail what he is going to do. Feel very much at ease, takes away any anxiety.

Put me at ease and very understanding

I'm a very nervous patient and Sandeep put me at ease and very understanding if I needed a breather or two. He explained everything he was doing and checked that I was ok as he was working. By the time I finish my treatment I think my fear of dentists might finally diminish!

Great, lovely staff make you feel important and that you are in caring, professional hands. The dentist I see was great, I have always been scared of the dentist but he has changed that for me.
