I was treated very well and listened to carefully regarding my concerns. The practice people without exception, are very pleasant and welcoming and I have nothing but praise for Deepak who was very thorough and caring. Friendly and professional staff. Dentist explained the treatment needed and the procedure and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Several reasons really. Yes its almost pain free for much of it. However, I think theres more to it than that. The dentists are very very clever men so we'll leave them to that and say something about the dental nurses. Everyone is kind and compassionate with plenty of time for you. Youre not rushed and you are always made to feel comfortable. Ive not met one that has not been kindness itself. Theyve got everything going for them and they get everything right. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else but Confidental. Melissa, my hygienist is so thorough and methodical that I am absolutely convinced that my oral hygiene is secon to none once I have seen her. I think I am pretty good myself with the time I spend on cleaning my teeth however she always cleans off more tartar.
