Accommodating and friendly
Thank you to the practice for fitting me in at late notice due to a suspected gum infection. The team were so understanding, accommodating and friendly. It was a mild gum infection due to stuck food. The doctor was lovely and explained everything thoroughly. All staff were extremely helpful. They always are.

Hygienist appointment
Today’s visit to Confidental Smiles was for a 6 month hygienist appointment with Lucy. I really can’t say enough good things about this practice and the people who work there. Lucy really makes you feel good about your oral care, she is so positive and says the right things to keep you motivated to use good habits. Very thorough, excellent technically and has a great way of handling even the more nervous of patients. My teeth are far from perfect and it was a big step for me to get back to regular appointments and these guys have gotten me back to a place where I actually enjoy smiling again! If you are looking for a practice I would highly recommend Confidental - they will take great care of you. 10/10

Exceptional service
I saw Vishal (for an emergency appointment) on Wednesday this week, due to experiencing some acute pain. He was fabulous (as always) and quickly found the problem, took a photo to show me, and then he explained my treatment options.
I was quite anxious as am going on a 2 week holiday imminently, so he has kindly fitted me in to have a new crown before I go. Exceptional service...Thank you SO much Vishal

Like an old friend
My experience with Confidental and, in particular, Deepak is always a pleasure, strangely. But old teeth and crowns occasionally need repair and as always, without fuss, I am seen immediately and greeted like an old friend. Who’d have thought that visiting the dentist could be enjoyable?
