Have recently joined confidential dental practice. I’m very happy with the care I have received in the first weeks of joining. I was given a thorough check up and scans on my first visit with Deepack. Had a visit to the hygienist Emily. Being a nervous patient they both put me at ease and explained everything during the appointment. Also noticed how they do late evening appointments and are so accommodating. No long waiting times. All the receptionists were welcoming too. 😊

I arrived early to a very friendly welcome from the ladies on reception, I went to sit in the waiting room and was greeted by Vishal. I was very relaxed as always, this comes from someone who used to be petrified of going to the dentist. We had a pleasant catch up then I had my check-up. All good I’m pleased to say. I then had a visit with Lucy, my hygienist. Lucy made me feel welcome and relaxed. She stopped for small breaks during treatment and explained what she was doing. On the whole a good visit. I would definitely recommend Confidential Practice to family and friends.
