Orthodontics can be a big commitment, so it's important to choose the right dental practice to get the most out of your time (& money). After much research, I had a vision of my ideal dental practice and Confidental best fit that profile. I went in with high expectations and I wasn't disappointed.
Along with the convenient opening hours, I was also very fond of the brilliant customer service provided by Deepak and the rest of the Confidental team. They were all very welcoming and together create a friendly atmosphere which is noticeable as soon as you walk into the building.
The little attention to detail, such as appointment reminders via email & text, free WiFi or sending a birthday card, is what separates Confidental from other dental practices. I'm very happy with the results from my orthodontic treatment and I would highly recommend Confidental to anyone seeking dentistry in Sandhurst or near the area.
