I like all the appointment reminders. The receptionists are always lovely. The Hygienist is caring and kind and encouraging. Crisp, friendly, clean, when something goes wrong - such as an appointment going wrong by practice there is a quick apology - good service and friendly and smiley reception. Lucy always is very welcoming and always takes an interest in you. Always gives advice and always seems to know when you need to take a breath while treating you.
