We’re very sorry to hear about the delays you’ve experienced, particularly when you’ve had the first appointment of the day. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. We understand how frustrating it can be, especially when you have plans for the day. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback.

We take punctuality seriously and aim to run on time for all our patients' appointments. We acknowledge that any delay – especially first thing in the morning – can be so frustrating, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure a prompt start to the day.

Our late cancellation policy is specifically in place for situations where patients cancel their appointments without 48hours notice, rather than for delays in appointments running to time. That said, we absolutely agree that it’s only fair we hold ourselves to high standards of timekeeping.

If you’d like to speak with our practice manager about your experience, we’d really value the opportunity to make things right and ensure your future appointments run more smoothly.
