The friendly atmosphere. Everyone is there to accomodate you and you are offered drinks and a comfortable place to sit and watch tv while you wait. It is rather luxurious! I am a very tricky customer (sorry!) in that I have a totally irrational fear of the dentist surgery! I am always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and despite the fact that once I am in the chair, 9 times out of 10 I am ok; it sometimes takes a few attempts to actually get me to the surgery!
