I am always seen on time which is important to me as I have to travel into London for work. Both reception and clinical staff make me feel important and appreciated and that when I am being seen/treated I have their individual attention. I feel like I receive honest advice and I am not pushed into treatment but given the opportunity to consider the advice I am given.
