I like the fact that I can ask questions and none of them are seen as silly. I like having time to see the dentist and not feel rushed. I like the way the kids respond to the dental team. I like feeling as if my dentist cares deeply about my teeth rather than what I'm about to pay. I really like the other dentists remembering to call me by name and using my name when seeing them *urgently*. I was so grateful when this practice sorted out a problem caused by the last dentist without criticism of the previous dentist but with speed.
