I like the fact that I can ask questions and none of them are seen as silly. I like having time to see the dentist and not feel rushed. I like the way the kids respond to the dental team. I like feeling as if my dentist cares deeply about my teeth rather than what I'm about to pay. I really like the other dentists remembering to call me by name and using my name when seeing them *urgently*. I was so grateful when this practice sorted out a problem caused by the last dentist without criticism of the previous dentist but with speed. The dentist is great, does the job and staff are friendly. Can’t help but feel massively ripped off when you someone looks in your mouth for 30 seconds, tells you everything’s okay, then charges you £41 though. Deters me from going until I actually have a real issue, rather than making sure I catch dental issues early.
