Highly recommend
For the nervous or anxious patient, the staff at Confidential go to great lengths to ensure that you're relaxed and calm before they carry out any work. Lucy, my hygienist, keeps me informed of what she's doing, why she's doing it, the tools or equipment she's using and explains the process clearly. On those occasions when I need any dental work carried out, Deepak does a great job of ensuring the process is fast, painless and stress-free. I can highly recommend this dental practice, especially for those with a phobia of dentists!

I attended the practice without an appointment as an implant had fallen out. I was seen within 10 minutes and the tooth was reinstated. First class service.

Good experience for a crown fitting
Advised to have a crown in December and given a recommended timeline. At no point did I feel pressurised. Had the work completed this week and I am thrilled to say it has gone very well. No pain before, during or after. My crown was made on-site so no return appointments needed. I really do feel this practice is at the top when it comes to technology, knowledge and customer service. They also gave me a follow up phone call the next day to see how things were.
Would recommend it to anyone.
