Supportive & understanding
Very accommodating for patients who may suffer with anxieties and fears. It’s a challenge in itself just making an appointment. But it is made easier knowing the supportive nature of the team. I dreaded the dentist for most of my life but the switch to confidental has been a life changer. I’ve now been going for around 8 months and in that time I have vastly improved my dental hygiene and even decided to get Invisalign which I couldn’t have imagined in the past.
I’ve always been greeted nicely by the reception team.
Sandeep is such a helpful, warm and professional dentist who puts you at ease from the minute he greets you in reception. He clearly explains everything and makes sure you’re calm and comfortable.
Katrina as a hygienist is probably the nicest dental professional I have ever met - friendly, not judgemental, as well as being thorough!
