Hygienist appointment, pain free
Visiting the hygienist is probably not peoples idea of a fun day out but Katrina at least makes getting clean teeth pain free - and even at one point made me laugh

It's nothing to fear coming to this dentist, you know everything will be done to ensure you are treated competently without pain. Standards are consistently high from check-in to booking future appointments. I have been coming here for years ad m so grateful we have this practice so close by.

I called Confidental at 8am today, due to having pulled off my crown whilst flossing my teeth last night....🤦♀️
Luckily I found it and desperately wanted an emergency appointment today to re-cement it (as it was at the front of my mouth). I am a very nervous dental patient.
I got an appointment for later today and was SO grateful 🙏 I had to take my 3 year old grandbaby with me.
I saw Bali and her dental nurse and both were amazing, so calming and kind.
The crown was refixed with no pain or fuss, and my little granddaughter watched on in awe and asked why I couldn't just put my tooth under the cushion for the tooth fairy.....💕
Bali, invited her to have a ride in the dentists chair up & down and she got a princess sticker aswell.
A great experience from my perspective and my little granddaughter left saying what a lovely time she'd had at the dentist's.....Definitely NOT something you hear everyday!! Confidental you are THE BEST...👏
