During the appointment, I was told at every stage what was happening and what condition my teeth were in and what I should expect in the future and what options I have, I would certainly recommend the practice from this initial visit.

Hygenist clean & polish
Melissa is extremely friendly and caring. I find the treament (air and ultra sonic?) can cause sensitivity at times. I would not say it is completely pain free. However the staff are patient and attentive and my teeth feel better afterwards.

Emergency treatment for chipped front tooth
I booked an appointment online on Sunday evening after chipping a front tooth. I was very pleased to see there was an appointment for the following day. From the moment I stepped into the practice reception I was welcomed, everything was clearly explained and Deepak greeted me warmly, giving me confidence that I was in good hands. Treatment was swift, painless and excellent. Deepak went above and beyond the essentials, and his care and expertise were superb. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Excellent Dental Practice
Having searched for a long time to find a replacement for my Dentist of over 20 years, I found Confidental Smiles. I instantly connected with Dr Deepak and he was very understanding of my issues and was patient and listened to me. He has been a brilliant Dentist ever since and each visit is a non-stressful experience. I can't rate this Dental practice highly enough, they are efficient to get you in quickly if it's an emergency and all of the staff across the board are friendly and professional.
