I felt compelled to write to you all at Confidental Dental Practice to express my delight with the way I have been treated at your dental clinic.
From the moment I first entered your dental clinic for the first time, I enjoyed that very rare commodity that money cannot buy and that is caring. From start to finish. Sandeep and his brothers and all the staff left me with the impression that no treatment was more important than mine. You set out to exceed my expectations and you most certainly succeeded with everything about your dental clinic says quality to the design, detail and all the people.
I would unreservedly recommend you and your dental clinic.

I had my six monthly check up. I arrived on time and was greeted and checked in. As I sat in the waiting room the receptionist came over to say my dentist was running late and asked if I was ok to wait. I was and had a 7/8 minute delay which was better than expected. I appreciated the info as it allowed me to message home that I was delayed. The check up went well... see you next year.

Good thorough check up and excellent hygiene treatment. Perfect experience, as usual.

Had my hygienist appointment today, Mellissa was friendly, kind and skillful, as always, great service from the whole team.

Was slightly nervous not going to the dentist for years but was immediately felt at ease with Dr Vishal

6 monthly hygiene visit was running a bit late, called to let them know and not a problem. Yet excellent service, very professional and good advice reference dental care.

I've been a patient for over ten years. The main reason I like Confidental is they will always see me ASAP if I have bad toothache.

They are very professional and make sure they reserve sufficient time for treatment. i.e. no rushing to get the job done. A consequence of that is they are not the very cheapest but they are not extortionate either. I would say they charge just the right amount to ensure they can provide a service of the highest standard.

They are all very good dentists there trained at King's College London. I would say S is slightly more personable and D very professional and competent. V is in between. They also have a female dentist B who IMO is excellent at putting patients at their ease. Frankly though, they are all very good, well trained and know what they are doing.

Oh and lets not forget the receptionists. Since quite a few people including myself, are quite scared of dentists, its the receptionists who you have first contact with and they are very important at putting you at ease. If you have a really bad toothache, they understand and will do everything they can to get you seen ASAP. A real credit to the practice.

All in all highly recommended.

They fitted me in very quickly. Had an X Ray and Vishal checked my tooth and advised me to come back if I had any further issues.
I came away reassured.

The service I receive is consistently excellent. It is a huge relief to be able to arrange an ASAP appointment with my own dentist which ensures continuity of treatment and a truly personal service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandeep.

Had the first step in dental implant work. Very technical process requiring high levels of surgical preparation and manual dexterity. All went to plan, impressed with the teams skills.

This practice was recommended to me by a friend who has known Sandeep (dentist ) for circa 15 years. I couldn’t have been more delighted with the service provided by Sandeep. He is a perfectionist and importantly very polite and respectful. I have since recommended another friend who will start his implants shortly.

One week into my treatment, I came in for a review, with some questions and to get the next weeks braces. All questions answered clearly and advice given. Thank you.
