I was booked for my regular check up, Vishal found I needed a filling to be replaced and said he could do it straight away without an anaesthetic which I was apprehensive about, however it was a good decision and I felt no pain or discomfort and meant I did have to try and fit in another appontment.

Hygienist appointment
I see Katrina for my quarterly hygiene appointments. She is always very professional and discusses everything with me before starting. She’s very knowledgeable and gives me great advice. Katrina knows my teeth can be quite sensitive and always checks that I’m ok! She makes my visit much more comfortable and relaxing, which I never thought I’d say!

Kind, sensitive service
I have had various treatments with Vishal over the past 6 months, which have included extraction, root canal, four crowns and a post inserted ready for an implant to be fitted. So all of these treatments were quite evasive. I was particularly nervous throughout my treatment, but Vishal ensured he talked me through each treatment, so that I understood what would take place and what might happen afterwards. He also went the extra mile ensuring I didn’t get any infection following treatment, which I am susceptible to. Vishal has a calm, quiet demeanour and proved to be very understanding. Obviously I will be returning - but hopefully not for 6 months! Carole Stannard

New bridge plus everything needed for this plus extraction
I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but after going to confidential I have become quite brave, brave enough to have a lot of treatment done. I have just had treatment for 2-1/2 hours in the chair, a lot of drilling involved plus an extraction which would never have happened a few years ago. They are so polite, starting at the reception and continueing onto the dentist and nurse, my dentist puts me at ease and makes sure I'm comfortable with the treatment. I still have a few more treatments but now I dont dread going first time ever.
