Lucy, my hygienist is super professional, very caring and friendly. She gives very good and helpful advice if necessary. The dental practice has a very calm and warm atmosphere created by the lovely receptionists.

I always feel so well looked after at Confidental. The dentists and hygienists explain what they are going to do and are good at outlining what they have discovered and then discussing the best treatment. Appointment booking is simple and, on the odd occasion I have needed emergency treatment, I have been seen very promptly.

Lucy has been my hygienist for many years and I'm absolutely satisfied with how she cleans my teeth.

I had been having intermittent toothache for the past 2 weeks. It didn't go away so I thought I had better get it checked out. I got an appointment today with my dentist (Vishal). He was very calm & kind as always. I am a very anxious dental patient after a hideous experience at another dental surgery a few years ago.
Vishal had a thorough look at my teeth & he immediately put my mind at rest. He explained that it was nothing major. He applied a seal on my gum to stop the sensitivity I was feeling and advised me to buy a specific toothpaste to give me ongoing relief.

When I went to pay at the reception desk, I was informed that there was 'no charge'.I was genuinely shocked. What an incredible service and an incredible team.
I have been a patient with Confidental for about 6 years now, having had a really bad experience with a local NHS dentist. I literally turned up in agony on their doorstep in desperation. I have to say they were amazing & so kind back then, and have continued to be wonderful ever since. I wouldn't go anywhere else and have recommended many others to this amazing dental practice ever since I found them.

I have been a patient at Confudental for several years. It is an excellent, well run practice with high standards. The dentists are all thorough and very competent, as are the hygienists. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful.
