I changed dentist due to moving to the area, and would highly recommend Confidental!
The reception team are friendly and helpful, and Dr Bali Dhaliwal who, along with her assistant Katie, did my first dental check up were fantastic! Friendly, calming, professional, thorough and attentive. The clinic has a lovely vibe and is clean and fresh.

Emergency Treatment - Request and Rectified On the Same Day

I lost an old filling and called Confidential in the morning, had an appointment booked for that afternoon with Sandeep and his team and left the clinic with the problem rectified. Thank you all once again for a fast and efficient service.

I felt compelled to write this review to express my delight about the excellent service I have received from you, Vishal and your lovely staff.
From the moment I entered your clinic for the first time, I enjoyed that very rare commodity that money cannot buy and that is caring. You Vishal set out to exceed my expectations and you most certainly succeeded.
Everything about your clinic says quality. The dental care and all the people that work at Confidental.
I look forward to having the rest of my dental treatment at Confidental.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Confidental to all my family and friends.

They communicate very well

Always a pleasure to visit Confidental. The receptionists are lovely, and so efficient. The team is very caring, they communicate very well, passing on findings from check up to hygienist to ensure everything is covered. The building is always immaculate and the waiting area is very comfortable, with TV and free WiFi.
