Friendly and understanding
I had an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction after experiencing dreadful pain - I met with Vishal who was amazing! Very calming, understanding, super professional, warm and friendly and really put me at ease as I 10000% don’t enjoy trips to the dentist, I came to this dentist a few years back and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them. Amy on reception is a credit to the team, again she was warm, friendly and understanding.

Treated with so much respect
I went to another dentist and I was made to feel humiliated and very uncomfortable. When leaving I was so upset and drove to Confidental and was treated so lovely from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. Everyone was so kind understanding and welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending Confidental to anyone.

A good experience
As usual the services I received were delivered professionally by people who care about my dental health. Appointments were on time and everyone I encountered in the Practice were helpful and friendly. All in all a good experience.

I have been seeing my hygienist Lucy for around 20 years . Her exceptionally thorough work and advice has meant that I have needed VERY little dental work over the years.

I can truly say my experience of visiting Confidental practice was a great experience. My dental surgeon Vishal really took care of me, was very informative, professional and friendly. Vishal explained each step of my procedure step by step which helped my nerves alot. I am so happy with the end results of my teeth & can now smile in confidence once again all thanks to Vishal professionalism & great team.

Excellent service
Excellent service as usual. I went to see Katrina for my 6-monthly hygiene treatment, mentioned a small filling had come out recently and an old tooth had a bit broken off as well a week earlier, so I wondered if Deepak could have a quick peek and make the appropriate length of appointment. Almost before I knew it, straight after she had finished after only a 10-minute wait, within about 20 minutes, Deepak had repaired them both. Okay, I was £190 poorer, for two fillings, but you get the service you pay for these days!

Chipped crown
Over the weekend a little bit of the crown on one of my teeth broke off. I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort, but thought it best to check with Deepak how much damage was done. I rang for an appointment just after 9am. It wasn’t an emergency, but Deepak saw me at 12:30, and smoothed off the rough edge. A very efficient service. The crown was fitted almost 20 years ago, so although it would last a bit longer, I decided it was best to get it replaced now. Appointment booked already.
