Another wonderful experience at the dentist, I never thought I’d say that, but this dentist is always brilliant. I saw Deepak today and then Katherine for a clean, such a positive and gentle approach which I very much appreciate. Had my first hygienist appointment in years with Katherine yesterday. From the outset she was very reassuring and kind and explained everything she was doing and why it was necessary. I won't say the experience was a particularly nice one - you can't expect it after so long and with so much to do - but what I can say is that Katherine totally put me at ease and allowed me to go at my own pace. For the most part the process was painless and a far cry from my previous NHS experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Cheerful, caring attitude
I was very happy with both my check up appointment with Vishal and my hygienist appointment with Lucy.
As usual, Lucy explains everything and her cheerful, caring attitude helps me relax.
I had some awful experiences going to the dentist as a child that still cause me to fear appointment even now. Even though I have never had a bad experience at Confidential I am still wary of any visits. All the staff do everything possible to try and overcome my fears. Thank you.
