Went in for my annual check-up and 6-monthly hygiene clean. As always, a great service, friendly staff and clean environment.

A very high opinion of the whole practice, everything is done with cheerfulness and professionalism ensuring the patient is treated well. Would definitely recommend the practice as it is excellent.

This was my first routine examination with Confidental since my regular dentist ceased operating sometime this year.
It is about a year since my previous examination and Deepak found that my teeth were in good condition overall, for a person of my age, apart for a need for cleaning. He said that I would not another examination for a year.
However, I am very displeased with the cost of this proposed cleaning, at ~£132! At my previous dentist the cleaning undertaken cost ~£50, on a yearly basis, and while I recognise the effect of inflation, I feel that this new cost is entirely disproportionate and I am considering cancelling it.
I would appreciate a response.

I had an appointment with Sandeep yesterday for 1 hour and have to say I have nothing but praise for him. He is excellent at what he does and made me feel relaxed during a long process. He is kind and considerate and polite. I have had a lot of work done over the years and always come away feeling satisfied. Cannot praise him enough. He also kept me informed at every step about what he was doing which I appreciated.

An emergency visit with Deepak today after I lost part of a tooth. They fitted me in straight away, and did the treatment that was required without having to come back. I’m a very nervous patient but Deepak and his lovely assistant went above and beyond to explain every aspect of my treatment and put me at ease. I’m so appreciative of the help and support and the last minute appointment today. Thanks again!

Would never say a visit to the hygienist is an enjoyable experience but Katrina makes it as pain-free as possible.

Over the years I have not enjoyed the dentist bordering on fear but having visited Deepak a few times, recently I found that my fear has practically gone. Very professional on all fronts as well as calming. Not a fear any longer.

I was panicking as I had chipped my front tooth. I phoned up and was offered a next day appointment with my dentist Vishal. Vishal did a filling there and then. I was made to feel very relaxed as always and left with a better smile than I had before. Thank you confidential, a really excellent service as always.

My husband attended for a review of his very poorly teeth and was treated with the utmost respect and care; everyone was so polite and attentive. Sadly the cost is simply way too high for us to book the work needed, but if it had been in our financial reach, we certainly would have booked.

I went to Confidential Dental due to my current dental practice not being able to extract one of my teeth, although they tried twice! I had been referred to a specialist who also couldn't help me and then referred me to have the tooth surgically removed, but I was expected to wait up to a year, which I could no longer cope with due to the pain. So I called confidential, explained the situation to see if they could help. Today I saw Sandeep, I thought I would have to wait to have the tooth removed but to my surprise my long awaited extraction took place today, I am a nervous client and I was made to feel safe, at ease and was very well taken care of. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me today. my tooth was badly cracked and infected, held together by a filling. I was worried that it would shatter on removal but Sandeep was very gentle and did not rush the process and got it out with out it shattering. I had no excess bleeding, in fact hardly any bleeding at all and very little pain after the aesthetic wore off. I felt so confident with this practice that I am going to change my dentist to this one. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you all and I will be in touch soon to become a new client once my extraction has heeled.

As a nervous patient I kept constantly changing dentists as I never felt relaxed with them either from the approach of dentists treating me or because of receptionists. After experiencing excruciating pain I have booked emergency appointment with lovely receptionist over the phone and was treated by Dr Deepak Mohal who helped me not only from pain, but also saved the tooth that my previous dentist said it can't be saved. Dr. Deepak kept me relaxed and made sure I'm okay along the whole procedure. All I regret is that I did not found this practice sooner. Thank you!

I have been a part of Confidental since I was around 8 years old, I am now 25 and travel back over an hour every 6 months for my check up with Vishal and hygiene appointment with Lucy. I have had such an amazing experience at this dentist that I refuse to go to another practise more local to my new home. They are all very knowledgeable, welcoming and informative. I am part of their monthly payment plan which makes private dentist appointments more affordable. I can’t fault Confidental at all and would highly recommend attending this practise for any dental needs!
