Had a crown fitted by Baljinder.
It’s quite a long procedure, but I was made to feel at ease and relaxed and with no discomfort at all. Very pleased customer.

Great courtesy and friendliness
My appointment was part of an ongoing treatment plan. From the beginning I was met with great courtesy and friendliness from both the reception staff and the dental team. They are all very professional.

Totally pain-free
Had a recent appointment with Tilly and her assistant Nam. I had 3 fillings and one crown. It was fantastic, totally pain-free, even the injections. Tilly is so good at what she does and I'm so happy with the results. Nam is fantastic as well and they work great together, the whole appointment ran smoothly.

Knowledgeable and professional
First I had a hygienist appointment with Katrina. She is friendly, professional and thorough. She helpfully pointed out areas where I can improve my dental hygiene. And did a very thorough clean of my teeth.
My dentist Sandip is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly examined my jaws, mouth and teeth. Everything was fine but he went the extra length of taking photos of my implants and some teeth. He showed me and explained that two fillings are just starting to deteriorate but do not need attention yet. I appreciate the explanation and seeing the pictures too. He also advised me which tooth whitener to use which is safe for my teeth.

I booked a same day emergency appointment which was a huge deal for me as I’m the most nervous patient and have avoided dentists for the last few years. After a meltdown in the waiting room the kindest nurse (Katy) and amazing reception team looked after me like nothing was too much. Dr Bali Dhaliwal and her nurse Katy were the most gentle, patient, friendly and helpful duo who took amazing care of me and put me at ease, treated me there and then and I felt no pressure and was not rushed despite my needing to do everything in small steps. I left feeling so much more calm and positive about coming back to see them. I can’t thank them both enough and can’t recommend the team any more highly! Thank you 😊

Outstanding
The professionalism of both Melissa the hygienist and Cat her assistant was outstanding, explaining every stage and so gentle with amazing results. What a lovely experience for something that I do not normally look forward to! What a service to compliment my amazing dentist Deepak who has brought back my trust in dentists from the first time I met him here. I can’t recommend this practice and its staff, including the friendly receptionists highly enough, especially to anyone who is nervous about visiting dentists.
