My appointment was on time and conducted in a very professional manner as always by Sandeep. I didn’t feel rushed and Sandeep carried out a minor correction to one of my teeth there and then, saving me a return visit. Before leaving I was given advice on how to deal with a couple of issues, for which I am grateful.

With the hygienist
Faced with the prospect of lying in a chair with my mouth open for at least half an hour, I usually feel I would like to just grit my teeth and get on with it. Now I found, to my surprise, I was quite looking forward to emerging with shiny, sparkling teeth that not only looked clean, felt clean but also were quite comfortable! So I have arranged to have hygienist appointments a little more often, every four months now, at not much extra expense. Thank you all!

Always received high quality service
As always Sandeep provided full details of what he was checking for, any changes and tips on how to keep my teeth healthy. Following on from that, my hygienist session with Lucy was just the same. Informative and detailed. The new checks regarding bleeding gums are also really helpful. I have been a patient with Confidental for over 20 years now and have always received high quality service from the whole team.

I used to dread going to the hygienist. Seeing Lucy has changed all of that. She’s so friendly and makes me feel at ease. She understands my pain condition and always asks if I need a break during my appointment.

Dr Deepak isn’t my normal dentist but he saw me the next day and correctly identified a problem that has been bothering me for ages. If it wasn’t for him I would have gone on holiday to a quite remote place and could have had really serious problems. He is a great dentist and I’m very grateful to him.

Hygienist appointment
As always, my experience was comfortable whilst my regular hygiene appointment was managed. So worth going private!
Had my calcium spot removed and I can’t stop smiling. My teeth look so good now! No pain in the appointment and my dentist and assistant are both so lovely. I always rave about my dental surgery!
