Previous dentists made me very nervous about going, thank goodness I was recommended Confidental. A broken tooth on Saturday, a call on Monday and within half an hour of attending on Tuesday afternoon I was leaving with the tooth filled and all with no pain. A really lovely job by Vishal yesterday, having broken a tooth the day before, I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the following day. As I had anticipated the tooth required a crown which amazingly was done the same day. A genuinely painless procedure with just fantastic results and so good to be rid of the old ugly amalgam filling. Thank you to all the caring staff, I highly recommend Confidental Smiles.

A pleasure in a weird way
Like many people I don't really relish a trip to see the dentist and hygienist however the staff at Confidental make it as pleasant an experience as it can be. Everyone is polite, kind, understanding and patient. Vishal takes his time to put me at ease and is happy to explain everything that he recommends.
The hygienist is also lovely and despite not being able to open my mouth very wide she manages brilliantly and is always happy for me to take a pause if I need to.
Front desk staff are great too, they know their stuff and always find appointments that suit me.

Extremely painful tooth out of hours, my own dentist wasn't available so a quick Google search and look at the reviews and I contacted Confidental in the hope they would be able to assist. All I can say is what an excellent experience! From the point of making a call, reception quickly arranged for me to be seen and I was in the chair within 15 minutes and the troublesome tooth extracted 10 minutes later. The whole operation was a slick as a F1 pit crew, everything was explained clearly and Sandeep and his team really made me feel at ease during the whole process. Many thanks for saving me from a sleepless and painful night!

Emergency appointment
I have had a dentist and needle phobia for over 40 years and as such avoid dentists as much as possible. Over the weekend I developed a severe toothache and had to take the decision to call for an appointment.
I spoke with Stel who listened and really understood my dilemma. He spoke calmly, advising me of the next steps to take and booked me an emergency appointment with the most understanding, caring and professional dentist I’d ever been treated by (DM.)
Huge thank you for listening enabling me to rebuild my trust and confidence with you so that treatment could be implemented stat.
All the reception staff were equally kind, understanding and attentive.

I remain very impressed with your practice and the team. I called Rhiann on Wednesday and she got me an appointment with you Sandeep on Friday. Thank you very much for such a quick appointment and my follow up is also quick for next Friday 11th. The dental care is brilliant and your memory Sandeep, ( thank you for asking about my dad), is excellent but I understand others may expect it to be improved! I like the technology you use for your practice and in addition the emails/calendar invites etc and during the height of Covid your care for us all was again impressive. You are the best dentist team I've ever known and fell I'm lucky to have such caring expertise close to where I live.
