Brilliant hygienist
Lucy is a brilliant hygienist. Her room is spotless and she is always ready on time for her patients.
She never hits my gums and causes pain or bleeding during a treatment and has a thorough understanding of anxiety due to dental treatment.

First class treatment
I'm always made to feel comfortable at the dentists with Sandeep my dentist.
He always asks if any of my medications have changed before my check up or treatment.

So caring and understanding
Sandeep and the Confidental team are all so caring and understanding. Especially for nervous patients. They will always go the extra mile to explain the procedures and will always do their best to help calm nerves where possible.

Finally over the Fear, thanks to Deepak and his team.
All my life I have suffered a huge fear of the dentist and I cannot thank Deepak and his team for all that he has done in helping me overcome my anxieties, and reach for healthy teeth and gums. Deepak really gets to know his patients and he developed a trust with me which has allowed me to have procedures done successfully, which I have avoided for years! I cannot recommend this dentist practice enough! Such a positive experience! He has also been superb with my two teenage boys as well.

Great people
Sandeep has been treating us for a couple of years, very professional.
The feedback concerns my wife's emergency treatment the staffs treatment of wife who unfortunately is now badly disabled is very good, Sandeep and his nurse as always very understanding and compassionate.
Sandeep is always reassuring her and telling her what's he is going to do as treatment goes ahead
After he investigated and x-rays he offered to carry out procedure straight away
We cannot ask for more great people.

Caring and thoughtful
Mum had a dental visit at her care home to refit her dentures. As always, Deepak treated Mum with professionalism, care, understanding and patience. Mum was very pleased and more than satisfied with the result. The visit was immediately followed up with a courtesy phone call to check all was ok and to offer help with after care. We are very grateful and extremely fortunate to have such a highly professional, caring and thoughtful dentist! Thank you, Deepak and Confidental!

So pleased with the result!
So I asked Sandeep to replace the old filling in my front teeth. Unfortunately, I grew up in the '60s & ’70s when dentists were “drill happy”!
I was a little nervous due to bad experiences growing up but Sandeep and his team reassured me. I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. And I'm so pleased with the result! At 63 my teeth look fabulous.

Extremely grateful to Confidental and Deepak in particular. I had broken a tooth and was in a lot of pain. I was given an emergency appointment very quickly and it was temporarily treated (thus removing all pain) and the permanent treatment was provided very soon after. I was so relieved that Confidental were able to treat me so quickly. Thank you to all concerned.
