Dr Bali did a professional and thorough checkup for me. I mentioned an intermittent sensitivity with a tooth. She explained why a filling was not necessary and how to manage the discomfort. She was pleasant and friendly.
Katrina then thoroughly cleaned my teeth and gave me helpful new advice about caring effectively for my implants.

Amazing
The staff at Confidental are amazing! From the warm welcome at reception, the dentists and hygienists are so friendly and put me at ease. My dentist and hygienist actually listen to me and adapt what they're doing to make me as comfortable as possible.

Hygienist explained every step
I had my first appointment with Kate. Kate explained every step of the way what she was doing. I don’t always find the hygienist visit to the dentist a pleasant experience, all the prodding and scrapping I didn’t like. This time it was like my teeth were ‘jet washed’ clean. Kate gave me tips on how to keep the plaque at bay. Thank you Kate, my experience of hygienist has changed.

Bali the dentist and Katy the dental nurse were excellent. Bali is very professional and has completed the work with attention to detail both with her work and with myself making sure that everything was going OK and asking if everything was going OK from my side - which obviously it was, ref. the 5 stars.
Then I received an unexpected follow up call this morning just to check how things were and how I was feeling.

Emergency appointment
My tooth had become very sore throughout a busy day and I was not able to contact Confidental until 7:20. The very helpful receptionist took my details and arranged an immediate appointment. My problem was checked out revealing a very infected root canal. This was temporarily resolved with a follow up visit book.
Absolutely first class service, the whole Confidental staff are stars.
