As always excellent service. Had extraction and 2 crowns, pain free. Sandeep put me at ease explaining the process at each stage, which really helped. Have been going to this dentist for a number of years and all staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this dental practice.

I am very happy with my dentist
I am very happy with my dentist Sandeep. He is excellent, always sorts out any problem I have. I have been with them 15 years and never had to put in a complaint. They deal with you very professionally always seen on the date of an emergency. Cant thank them enough.

Emergency appointment
I rang in the morning for an urgent appointment and was given one for that afternoon, unfortunately I had to change it at short notice to half hour later because my transport was delayed , they were very gracious and polite and fitted me in, seen by Sandeep, he was excellent and thorough, cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
They are excellent at every visit.

Just had an appointment with Hygenist Kate McKey and as per usual, she was super. Problems are always rectified with Kate, she is understanding, compassionate (I have a severe 'gag' problem - awkward for a Dentist!) kind, supportive and extremely professional. Previous experiences with Hygenists have never been like this! Lovely reception staff too, always willing and helpful.
What a fab dentist experience! I felt so comfortable and at ease, as I had not really experienced this before! Went with a second opinion in mind, and ended up wanting to change my current dentist! Besides great dental attention, reception ladies were extremely friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble! Would recommend anyone with doubts to visit this practice.
Just had a second appointment with Sandeep who sorted out a problem for me, just three days till Christmas! So very glad he could see me. Kind, considerate and very caring, his attending lady lovely as well, and the nicest reception staff you could meet! It’s an altogether great Dental Practice!

Empathetic, diligent, professional
Lucy is empathetic, diligent, professional, and very sweet natured. Having had and still having ongoing treatment for cancer I find Lucy is gentle and understands that the body is still in trauma, so she ensures that her treatment does not undermine my well being or comfort. I would recommend Lucy to treat all cancer patients either ongoing or post treatment. She is an asset to Confidental and her expertise should be utilised to benefit the practice.

I went to see Deepak starting in February and he made an achy tooth feel better from that first meeting. Pain rooted from a cracked tooth from deep within. I’d been a few times more after that for a filling and a crown to save my tooth. I liked how he explained each process and even showed how the crown was made. Every visit was pleasant, thorough and comfortable, with each question addressed and advice given. Thank you again, Deepak and the rest of your wonderful, caring team!
