I had my teeth whitening 🦷 process done with a lovely lady called Tilly Houston who went through every step with me an assured me at times when my teeth were very sensitive that it was all completely normal concept of the whole process, I am so pleased with the outcome of my teeth there beyond my expectations & are gleaming so pearly white! Could not have gone anywhere else it was exceptional :) I can now smile with so much more confidence

I cannot fault my treatment with either my dentist or my hygienist. The fact I do a near 200 mile round trip for my dental care says it all!

Hygienist Appointment
The hygienist was great. Kept me informed about what she was doing and the condition of my gums/teeth. She also understood how to make the experience as comfortable as possible for me.
However, it was a shame the clinical team were let down by the reception staff that excluded me from the waiting room as I don’t wear masks. I was made to sit on a chair by the door with no access to TV or magazines, felt like I was in the naughty step.

Hygenist appointment and Implant work
As usual my experience was first class. Lucy worked her magic and told me off (but that's OK I deserved it). Vishal removed stitches as part of an implant treatment. Felt nothing whatsoever, as was the case after the first part of the treatment.
Would always recommend Confidental to others.
