Hygienist treatment
The value for money did not meet expectations. With such significant increase in price for the treatment I expected have it all done properly and not leave it unfinished because of the timing ...quite disappointed.

Hello and thank you for your honest review, we’re sorry you feel the appointment didn’t go as anticipated.
At Confidental we normally have a 30 minute appointment for regular hygiene care. This allows us to go around every tooth with our scalers and also polish every tooth using our pressure washer. If it has been a long time since your previous visit (usually more than 6-9 months) or there is a lot of staining or tartar build up we would normally need a 45 or 60 minute appointment for us to be able to take care of you.
We value you and your care, if you feel that we didn’t spend the allocated time of your appointment to take care of your teeth and gums, we can provide you with an additional free hygienist appointment. I am hoping that on this occasion we have spent the allocated time scheduled for your care, providing you with as much as we can within the timeframe of your appointment.
With our price increase, our over-heads and staffing costs have increased, therefore sadly we have had to amend our prices to reflect this.
