I saw Tilly, a dentist, for the first time, Tilly was very informative and explained an x-ray of my jaw in detail from which I learned a lot. I found her to be very professional and competent and would recommend her.

I had the most awful toothache , and tried a few dentists more local to me, but could not get an appointment til March, however when I called Confidental, they got me an appointment that evening, the staff were really helpful and when I saw the dentist he put me at ease and done everything possible to get my situation resolved on the day, unfortunately that was not possible so he sent me away with antibiotics and made an appt for me to come back a few days later. I went back and within 30 minutes I was completely pain free.
I would definitely recommend this dentist to any one that is looking for a dentist or wanting to change from their current one.

As per normal, excellent clinical care and chair side manner from Sandeep. It was reassuring to see the practice has retained two anti-COVID19 protocols. (a) distanced seating in the waiting area (b) a two lane, “traffic” separation system separating patients entering and leaving the practice.

I have had appointments with Bali and Sandeep. Both dentists are excellent, taking time to explain what options are available. The nurses are friendly and always call you in with a friendly smile and comforting words, great if you're a nervous patient! Both dentists answer all questions completely, giving you time to make any decisions required! I have complete confidence in the dental care that they provide and would highly recommend Confidential!

Hygenist appointment
I give my appointment with Katrina Reid today 10 out of 10. She is extremely professional and the best hygenist I've been to. She makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease straight away. Is considerate at all times and asking if youre comfortable.
All the staff are friendly welcoming and professional. Also is very covid secure.
