Crown replacement
This was the first time in many years that I’ve needed an anaesthetic and I was a little apprehensive as I’ve always found anaesthetics in the mouth quite painful. Not today, I barely felt a thing. Deepak kept checking I was okay, throughout the appointment. He even went out of his way to see me a second time in the day, to help me out with an issue that was of my making. Thank you.

Confidental Dental Practice
I knew that when I first met Katrina that her high standard of professionalism, calming presence and personality combined with a wonderful smile that she would be the therapist to see. I regularly attend my dental surgery for biannual checks but I have not seen a therapist/hygienist for several years. Katrina provided an overall assessment to begin with and then clear understandable explanations of the treatment stage by stage. For once, in my 60 years of visiting a dental surgery I was completely at ease, and have made a further appointment, a testimony alone to the confidence and trust that I have in her.
Thanks also to her assistant Debbie as well, a great team at Confidential which began with a warm welcome in reception.

Emergency Appt re Unstable Crown
My crown had come loose and my gum was swollen and felt very uncomfortable.
I contacted Confidental on Friday morning and they managed to fit me in later that day.
They removed my crown, treated the area, cleaned it up and re-fitted it. I was done and dusted in under 20 minutes. It certainly feels a lot better already, so thank you for the prompt service. As I am covered under my dental plan for the emergency appointment all I had to pay for was the glue etc used.

Emergency appointment
I rang the surgery at 8 .30 and was given an appointment at 10 30 same day.
The dentist immediately diagnosed my problem and was able to give me advice and a prescription to solve my problem.
I could not have received better treatment from the receptionist and the dentist.
Already benefiting from care and attention that I received.

An excellent appointment
The appointment was my 6 monthly check up and hygienist consultation.
Both aspects were carried out very efficiently and with detailed dialogue relating to the condition of the whole of my mouth. The hygienist was very informative and showed a more efficient way to clean and reduce plaque. Her assistant was an additional aspect of the appointment since my last visit and was very beneficial with excellent care and control of the water volume used. An excellent appointment.

I have been going to the practice for over 6 months now and every visit is smooth, personal and nothing is too much trouble. The reminder services, welcome/processing post appointment with the reception team is always a pleasure. Sandeep is very communicative, explains what is happening and why, gets to know you as a person not just a patient and is a huge credit to the profession. All very pleasant
I was very impressed that I got an emergency appointment so fast and also that I got an appointment the next day to have a crown fitted. The staff are all very pleasant and there is always someone laughing so makes for a good atmosphere.
