I phoned Confidental on Monday morning with bad toothache and got an emergency appointment before lunch. As this needed further treatment and there were no available appointments all week, Deepak and his assistant kindly offered to stay on after hours to treat my infected tooth. I was most impressed with this service and very grateful.

Hygienist Appointment
Another very successful visit to Confidental for a hygienist appointment. The service was punctual, efficient and friendly. A visit still invokes a degree of apprehension but the treatment was rigorous but sensitive to need; efficient and very professionally carried out with up-to-date equipment and excellent skills. Katrina and Holly were personable, courteous and caring. Thanks all round.

Before coming to Confidental, I was terrified of the dentist and only ever went if I was in pain. A much needed tooth extraction forced me to attend a few months ago and it was the most life changing experience - zero pain and the most kind and patient dentist and dental nurse. I cannot thank Dr Vishal and Eve enough for giving me such a positive experience that changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist. I have since had other work done which has been just as positive and am now having my teeth straightened, something I had wanted for years but never thought possible due to my fear.

Introductory appointment
From initial phone call through to arriving late for the appointment because of roadworks the reception staff could not be more helpful. They split the appointment into doing the paperwork there and then and fitting me in later to see the dentist. So helpful, so professional.
The appointment was also excellent with thorough examination followed by development and explanation of a treatment plan.
