The practice should accept that not everyone is willing to carry on wearing masks. The benefit of them
has not been proved scientifically - the only country to actually do a large enough study was Denmark and it was inconclusive. It is our right not to have to wear one. Dentists, Doctors, nurses, surgeons and those dealing directly with body fluids - of course they should. But to wait for treatment? No.

As always a very satisfactory appointment, friendly helpful staff and a safe and pleasant environment. Would recommend Confidental Dental Practice.

I was previously with a local NHS dentist but 3 years ago had a severe tooth infection which left me crying in pain. My dental surgery refused to see me even though I was in obvious distress. They had no empathy at all and offered me an appointment in 3 weeks! I immediately contacted Confidental and was seen that same day (emergency appointment) by Vishal. He was literally 'My Knight in Shining Armour' on that day......He treated the infection which was extremely painful and very traumatic, but was so calm and reassuring in his approach that he made the whole situation much more bearable. Needless to say I have stayed with Confidental ever since and my husband has now also changed dental practices after my experience. I have always visited the dentist every 6 months (for regular check ups) but in my previous practice I was constantly told that nothing needed doing. So nothing was done.... for years! Confidental uses the latest technology and Vishal was able to show me in depth pictures of my teeth which clearly showed that work certainly DID need doing. It has taken 3 years, but I've finally completed the list of dental work that was neglected by my previous dentist. Confidental is a private dental practice and therefore it is very expensive. We have got private dental insurance through Denplan/Simply Health (our policy covers half of all treatment costs). It is, in our opinion, worth every penny. I cannot recommend Confidental and Vishal enough.

I’ve been a patient here for years now however, this is the first dental practice that I have TRULY felt comfortable with, thanks to Sandeep and team.

This was a hygienist appointment with Lucy. She checked health issues and explained about the problems with me having a leaky heart valve and my oral hygiene. She is very careful in the way she uses the drill to clear the scale and will take note of sensitive areas and stop when necessary.

Just finished my Invisalign treatment and everyone at the Practice have been amazing!! Would highly recommend!

This was my second visit of the year to the hygienist at Confidental. The surgery is well set up to handle the restrictions necessary because of the Covid virus and the waiting area and entry and exit to the practice is managed well. My appointment was on time and I received excellent service, advice and care as always.
